But What About Us?

Yes Becky, all us Supernatural Fans have that same face just thinking about the fact that there is only two episodes left. Can the boys fix heaven in just two episodes? I guess we are going to have to tune in the next two weeks and find out!

But what will the Winchesters do after season nine is over? Open a bar called Winchesters? Well maybe in the future but I think they will be hard at work getting season 10 on its way since they finally officially signed on for a tenth season. Who is excited for this? I know I am. So anything they don't finish in this season, they can finish it in the next season that should be out at the end of this year.

So what do we do for now while we are waiting for season 10? Consume large quantities of alcohol? No Cas! There are always re-run of the episodes on TNT daily or Netflix if you want to watch a whole season in a day like I did when I first found out it was on Netflix.  These boys make our Tuesday nights and after these two episodes, I know my Tuesday nights will be dull and boring.

With Season 10 in the picture we don't have to be sad. Maybe there might even be a season 11. That is if the rumors aren't true. You know the rumor where we supposedly sold our souls for 10 seasons, like a cross roads demon. We will have to wait and see how well season 10 does first.

Well....Until Next Time My Friends!

One Down, One to go!

If you watched Tuesday nights episode, you saw that it was full of excitement!
The end is really coming near in this season and you can start to see it. The boys are getting closer and closer to what they want to achieve this season and that is to destroy Abbaddon and open up the stairway to Heaven .

The episode definitely had a twist to it. Crowley was black mailed by Abbaddon using his own son. Considering that Crowley and his son never got along in the past, this didn't phase him at first until Abbaddon began to torture him, that's when his human feelings started to kick in and he asked her to stop. She did this to make a deal with Crowley that they will get rid of the Winchesters together and then they will settle who gets Hell themselves. She also wanted to get rid of The First Blade as well. Crowley agreed to her terms because he now has a second chance with his son, well sorta.

But Crowley played his cards right. He knew that if he followed what Abbaddon wanted, nothing will happen to his son yet he also knew that if he warned the Winchesters what was going on some how he would get rid of Abbaddon and protect his son at the same time. So after calling Dean to tell him where the blade was hidden, he used their secret code to warn Dean that Abbaddon was there. Dean caught on to what Crowley was saying, went to get the blade and went straight to Crowley's location.
Once Dean arrived, we finally got to see what the Mark of Cain actually does. He was able to overcome Abbaddon's powers over him. He was able to control the blade even without holding on to it. He became strong and you can begin to see the worry in Abbaddon's eyes. She knew what was going to happen if Dean figured out how to use the strength and control it.

After about two minutes of fighting off Abbaddon's powers, he was able to do what we have been waiting for ever since Abbaddon came back to life, and that was to kill her.
Finally! I think this is what every Supernatural fan screamed when this occurred! Now they can focus on fixing heaven...........

Until Next Time My Friends!

Do You Think it Will Finally Happen Next Week?

At the end of last nights spin-off episode, Bloodlines, they showed the promo for episode 21, King of the Damn. This immediately caught my attention after watching that not so attention catching episode. Does Sam and Dean finally catch Metatron and Abbaddon? Are they going to kill two birds with one stone in one episode? Is this even possible with at least two more episodes after that? Or is it an episode when Dean can finally deal with the responsibility of carrying the Mark of Cain? Honestly I can not wait until Tuesday when it is on!

But I think this is the one episode that all Supernatural fans have been waiting for. All of the main characters will be there in one episode: Sam, Dean, Abbaddon, Castiel, Crowley and even Metatron. This is the beginning of the end. Sam and Dean will be facing there two biggest problems since the end of the last season. Re-opening heaven and fixing hell.

Will this be an easy task? Sam is still recovering from being the property of an angel, Dean is not use to the Mark yet, Castiel doesn't have his angel powers on full blast yet and Crowley can't be trusted.

Also this isn't a normal fight either. Abbaddon is very powerful and so is Metatron. Abbaddon has been around for centuries and is angry for not being in hell in the first place. As for Metatron, he is angry, he wants to show the world his powers and that he is as strong and powerful as God.

So will the Winchester be able to pull this off knowing their obstacles? Will Dean be able to take control of the Mark of Cain and use its powers for good and defeat them both? Will there be other obstacles? Most likely. But I think somehow, some way they will all figure this all out and will defeat those two. Maybe not in this episode but at least by the end of the season. That is my predictions.

We will have to tune in the next couple weeks to find out!
Don't forget to tune in Tuesday, May 6th for what I call the beginning of the end, King of the Damned.

Until Next Time My Friends!

Bloodlines, Yay or Nay?

Supernatural's Spin-Off a Hit?

If you missed last nights episode of Supernatural, you really didn't miss much. Last nights episode was the showing of the Supernatural spin- off show Bloodlines. This show is suppose to be based on a character for the show in general but after watching it last night, I think they just took every single creature for the show and threw them together for a show.

The main character and I am assuming the new hunter of the show is played by Lucien Laviscount. While is acting skills are very good, he is still no Sam or Dean. Sam and Dean will forever be mine and others favorite hunters and I don't believe anyone could take their place. His story starts off tragic just like every other hunter on Supernatural. He is in love with a girl and she gets killed by one of these creatures and he seeks revenge on all creatures out there. Sounds familiar? Well that's because Sam and Dean spent a couple seasons searching for the same demon that killed their mother when they were younger. Just very repetitive to me, I guess.

The show consist of creatures trying to live in secrecy from the real world. There are five families of these creatures spread across Chicago. So far we have seen at least four: Ware-Wolves, Shape-Shifters, Vampires and Gouls. The five "families" are trying to keep the peace between each other to avoid war. When I heard that line last night all I could think of was that it was almost like a mafia movie, families that don't get along and as soon as one family member acts up or disrespects the other  family, it starts a war between the families.

But the mafia wasn't the only thing it reminded me of. It also reminded me of Twilight as well. Two families that shouldn't be together but the Shape-Shifter is in love with a Ware-Wolf. I am sorry but I think Twilight has over done the ware-wolf love story.
No offense to the actors or to CW but I think with Supernatural still on, there won't be a reason to have this show on. Sam and Dean does a great job hunting and showing off the many different creatures that they find and hunt all the time. I understand that the show is more on the point of view of the creatures but after watching Supernatural we don't see these creatures as good, we see them as something to hunt.

What do you guys think?

Until next time my friends!

Jody, A Hunter?

Guess who is back! Jody!
Jody is the only recurring character on the show that hasn't died....... so far.  She was the reason the Winchester brothers and Bobby figured out how to hurt the Leviathan with the Borax cleaning solution.  Jody has been help to the brothers , that is after the fact that she got over that they are hunters and that there were crazy creatures out there that are killing people.

Jody came back in this episode with a vampire case for the boys. When Sam and Dean told her that she is now a target for the vampires, she had two choices: either help the boys or hide. Of course Jody decided to help!

But Jody was helping for another reason. The girl who led them to the vampire nest became almost like a daughter in Jody's eyes. As we found out many seasons ago, Jody lost her son and never really got over it. So now with this young lady in her life, it was almost her second chance at mother hood.
Jody becomes the mother figure in her life. She tries to convince her that being part of a vampire family that kills people doesn't have to be an option and that she still has a chance at a real life with real people. After battling the vampire that acted as her mother, Jody finally convinced her to do the right thing and to return to a normal, vampire free life. They agree to be there for each other therefore ending the episode with a happy ending.
Since Bobby's death, there hasn't been a real parent figure on the show anymore. Bobby was like the father, the back bone for the boys. Now with Jody showing up once in a while, she steps in as the mother figure of the show, continuing on with the pattern of another person for others to look up to. Jody plays the role well. She may not know everything about hunting like Bobby did, but she will know enough soon.

Until Next Time My Friends!

LOOK AT ME, BITCH!

Is the brother's relationship getting worse?

Tuesday nights episode was full of a lot of excitement. The one that definitely stood out to me was Dean and how vicious he was when chopping the head off of the one vampire (as shown on the image above). He wanted his victim to look at him while he performed this graphic act of cutting his head off. Maybe the pain from the Mark of Cain is starting to get too much for Dean and eventually it will take over him.His actions seemed to be pointing to worse.
Sam even noticed this as well. Even though Sam claims that he no longer cares anymore, I believe it is all a cover up. The brothers have been saving each other and bringing each other back to life since season one. I believe it was Sam who started this trend of bringing each other back to life when he helped to heal Dean's heart after he got severally electrocuted and needed a new heart or he would of died. But Sam wasn't having that and found a healer that saved Dean's life. So in conclusion, no matter how much Sam says he doesn't care, he cares!
With Season 10 being officially official, I don't think this feud between the brothers will last longer than the end of this season. I predict that some event will bring them together....maybe when they finally catch Abbaddon and kill her! Who knows for sure though? We will just have to keep on watching the next few weeks to find out!

Soon enough the brothers will go back to the "bitch" "jerk" relationship they once had! One can only hope right? I just hate seeing Dean in so much pain and them not getting along only makes me sad. If they don't get along then how will Season 10 be? What will it be about? The season finale on May 20th will let us know. I can't believe this season is almost over! Who else is sad that it is coming to an end?

Supernatural Spin Off?

I am probably really late with this news, but I just recently did some research on the Supernatural "Spin Off" and may I say this is something that I am not looking forward to. When we think of Supernatural, we think of Sam and Dean and the journey they have taken the past nine seasons. We think of the brothers relationship together and the bonds they formed with others as well. It is more than just hunting, it was about family and family was more than just blood.
Supernatural fans grew bonds with the characters and feel as if they are apart of our lives now. Sam and Dean became a weekly routine for all of us and we have all at some point caught ourselves quoting the boys more than once. They taught us how to deal with many different creatures and even how to trap a demon and perform a perfect exorcism.
Now I am not talking bad about the spin off because obviously I haven't seen it yet. But for me personally,  I probably will not be watching it. To me there is only one Supernatural show and that is the one that is currently on right now. While the spin off may be a good show, I probably wouldn't care for it.
There is only one Supernatural team and that is Sam, Dean and Cas!

Until Next Time My Friends!

How Are You Dean?

Ladies, now I know I wasn't the only one disappointed about this shower scene Tuesday night. I am sure Dean could of done a lot better of getting the attention of the female audience of Supernatural.

Yet besides the disappointing shower scene, Tuesday nights episode was an eventful episode!

Just when you think things couldn't get anymore interesting, it did in this episode!

With about six more episodes left, I think the show is finally starting to wind down and start getting the ball rolling for events to take place. The brothers are getting closer to finding out what Metatron is up to with the help of Cas of course! This task is only successful if the boys split up and working on each part of this case separately. So Cas is in charge of finding anything he can on Metatron by following the trails and events that follow from him.

As for the brothers, they are tracking down Ezekiel, the angel that took over Sam's body. And after this episode, Dean has only one mission with this angel and that is to destroy him for what he did to Sam. To be honest, he kind of deserves it. I thought Dean was going to kill him but the fact that Ezekiel wanted to die was the only reason why Dean didn't kill him at all. Plus they need him to get information about Heaven and Metatron.

I am excited for the season to get on a roll. While the season has been really good lately, I am just anxious to see what happens with Metatron and the door to heaven, Ezekiel , Abaddon and the First Blade. Yet knowing the Winchesters, the season is going to end with at least some of their problems resolved and more problems to arise. I guess we will have to wait for the show to get on the road in order to find out.

Until Next Time My Friends!

Supernatural Versus Horror Movies

Oculus

Today the movie Oculus comes out in theaters and I must say I am excited to see it. The movie is about two siblings who are trying to prove that a mirror that their parents once owned is responsible for the death of their parents as well as 45 other deaths from the past. There is an evil entity or spirit in that mirror that is killing those who own or use this mirror. The one sibling finds this mirror and with the help of her brother she is going to prove to the world what this mirror is all about.

Honestly, after watching Supernatural for all this time, scary movies don't scare me anymore. There was this one pin on Pinterest that caught my eye but explains it all in that one picture.
Sometimes watching these horror movies, you try to put yourself in their situation and try to see how you would handle the situation if it were to happen to you. But after watching Supernatural this task becomes so much easier because they have killed almost every creature you can think of and we all now have the knowledge of how to take care of it. So now scary movies are a piece of cake. (Although in reality, if we were put in those situations, I am sure we would forget everything and panic instead) But if Sam and Dean were real people, they would probably laugh at all the scary movies out there and how the people handle it!
I can image them reacting like this to horror films!

I am still curious to see the film and will most likely see it this weekend. It seems interesting and I am curious as to how it will end. Until next time my friends!

Supernatural and My Trip to Florida

So for spring break, a co-worker and I went to West Palm Beach to visit some family of hers. This was my first time on a plane and actually to be honest my first time out of New York State. I was not nervous which surprised me since this was my first time on a plane. But I was fine and I made it there back in one piece.

The day we were getting ready to head back to Rochester, I was able to catch a few re-runs of Supernatural on TV as I was packing my suit case. But the last episode I watched just caught my attention.

This last episode was the one where the demons were possessing pilots and crashing planes and all I could say to myself was "geez this is a perfect episode to watch as you are about to get on a plane."
But I just reminded myself that it is just a TV show and that I shouldn't over think it or I will freak out the whole way back home.

To keep my mind off the flight, I took Dean's advice, well kind of. In the episode, Dean hummed Metallica to keep his mind busy, I just listened to music until we landed in our connecting flight airport. I am just glad that I didn't freak out like Dean did at every bump on the plane. I guess that is why the brothers always drive everywhere they need to go.

But I made it home safely, not on time and not on the plane that I was suppose to, that is a different story though. Looks like I was lucky enough not to have a possessed pilot. (Had to throw that joke in) If I did though, I am sure Sam and Dean would of taken care of it.
Until next time my friends!

Supernatural 2 Week Hiatus

Is anyone else getting bored or just anxious for the new episode in a couple weeks?
Now I don't know about you guys but I absolutely hate when my favorite TV show goes on these two week breaks! One, I have nothing to watch Tuesday nights and I get bored very easily because I am not doing anything at my normal time. This causes me to have to force myself to fill that time with doing something otherwise I get bored. I usually end up watching a movie or force myself to do homework, which let's be honest who always wants to do homework?
So I got to thinking what I can do to fill my Tuesday nights and not have a withdraw from Supernatural. Watch more Supernatural! Netflix has all the previous 8 seasons on there and it is nice to watch old episodes once in a while. It is a good way of refreshing your brain to events that happened many seasons ago and to also watch your favorite episodes as well. I personally like to watch old episodes to see how much the brothers have changed over the years. Dean not so much but Sam has definitely changed. Also you see all the things the brothers went through and it is amazing to see their characters still up and running .
While it is nice to watch old episodes, I would prefer for this current season to continue so we can see what happens. At the end of last weeks episode, the showed a preview for the new episode that will air on April 15th. (Episode promo to the left) After watching that promo, it just makes me more and more anxious for this season to get back on the road! Plus, I am sure I am not alone when saying that me and all the other girls out there are waiting patiently for Dean's shower scene. Always nice to throw in some sexiness to every episode! I guess that is why they hired Jared and Jensen for the show!

Well Supernatural fans, hang in there! April 15th is just around the corner and then we can all enjoy our Tuesday nights again! Until next time my friends!

Mother's Little Helper

Mother's Little Helper

So I have been a little behind on my Supernatural episodes, well only one. I was in Florida last week and missed the "Mother's Little Helper" episode and wasn't able to watch it until this week now that I am back in Rochester.  But for those of you who didn't know, "Mother's Little Helper" was directed by our very own Misha Collins and if I may say so, he did an EXCELLENT job directing this one. I think everything about this episode helped to set up plots for future episodes as well as help us understand things better as well. Misha did a great job directing and making sure all details were perfect in this episode and it really shows!
It was hard to believe that Dean didn't want to take on a case with Sam. Dean right now is dealing with a lot. Having the responsibility with the Mark of Cain, Dean has to learn to control the new feelings and urges running through his body. He knows that if he does not learn to control these things that it can all end bad for not only himself but for everyone around him. So instead of helping Sam with a case, he stays in the bunker, drinking. Poor Dean, can't even turn to his brother for help with all this that is going on .
My favorite part of the episode though had to of been the explaining of how Abaddon came about. Now we understand how she became so close to the Man of Letters and why Henry Winchester was so eager to destroy Abaddon so badly. I think this was a nice touch to the episode and show in general because one day Abaddon randomly showed up on the show and now we know the importance of her character and why knowing about her and stopping her is an important task to complete. We should only hope that the brothers destroy her by the end of the season so they can focus on fixing heaven and destroying Metatron as well.
After watching the episode and learning more about Abaddon, I got to thinking about the brother's relationship. They are starting to get use to working alone and this worries me for the future of the show and their relationship as brothers. Sam and Dean are good on their own but together they are golden and amazing at what they do. I just hope that by the end of the season, this distance between the brothers disappear and that they can mend their relationship so they can work together again. But only time will tell and we will just have to continue to watch to find out!
Until next time my friends!

The Mark of Cain

Almost everyone knows the story behind the Mark of Cain. There are many version of the story out there bu basically the gist of it is that Cain, the first born son of Adam and Eve, murder his brother Abel. When God asked him about his brother's death Cain lied to God. God then decides to curse Cain and mark him so others will know that he is cursed and if anyone tried to kill Cain, they will get the vengeance of God.

With Dean caring the Mark of Cain now, how well do you think he will be able to handle all that power and responsibility that comes along with it?
Dean received the Mark of Cain from Cain himself after proving to him that he is strong enough to handle anything that came his way. After fighting off a dozen demons on his own, Cain knew that Dean was worthy of the mark. Dean just wanted answers on how to get rid of Abaddon and that is when Cain told him that only the first blade can kill her. But in order for the first blade to work, you must possess the mark. Being that Cain is the only one with the mark, Dean asked him to help him kill Abaddon  in which he refuses and decides to transfer the mark onto Dean so he can destroy her himself.
In Tuesday night's episode, Dean, Sam and Crowley finally find the First Blade. Since Dean possesses the Mark of Cain, he is the only one who can activate the blade, but once he held it something began to happen. Dean began to feel a weird sensation through out his body and it even seemed liked he almost lost control of his body at one point. This only means one thing. If the boys want to kill Abaddon for good, Dean must practice with the blade and get used to it before going after Abaddon.

Will Dean get used to this new power of his and destroy Abaddon? Knowing the Winchester brothers and with the help of their angel and demon friends, Dean will be able to defeat Abaddon in no time!We just have to wait and see in the future episodes to come!

What do you think?
Will Dean be able to handle the fact that he now possesses the Mark of Cain?
Will he defeat Abaddon?
Only these questions will be answered along the way towards the season finale.

Until next time my friends!

Addiction

If you have been a big Supernatural fan since the beginning, you would know that at some point in the show you start to notice that each character develops an addiction for something.

For instance, let's start with Dean. Dean has many addictions; saving his brother, sex, alcohol and yes of course pie! I think the first two seasons, almost every episode Dean was either eating pie or mentioning it. Then you see him with his other addictions as well like sex with multiple girls, alcohol to cope with hard times and making sure his little Sammy was safe and sound and that no one was hurting him.

In season 4, Sam becomes addicted to Demons blood because Ruby (a demon) told him that it would make him stronger and able to defeat any demon that comes his way. Since Sam was determined to not let the Apocalypse happen, he listened to Ruby and drank the blood. He did this not knowing that it would almost become like a drug to him and he would crave it whenever he didn't have any for days, just like a drug addict.

Castiel had his addictions as well. When Famine, one of the Four Horsemen was around, Castiel became addicted to hamburgers due to his vessel craving the taste of red meat. The whole episode he spent eating burger after burger. But that wasn't Cas' only addiction. He was addicted to making things right in the eyes of God. When he couldn't do that he tried to be God by swallowing the souls of the creatures from purgatory. This ended up back firing when the Leviathan took over his body and killed hundreds of innocent people.
If you watched last nights episode, you would of saw how bad Crowley's addiction to human blood is getting. He has become careless about his job as a demon and resorted to human ways; sex, hunger, feelings and satisfaction. This began when the trails were being done in the last season, the trails that almost killed Sam. Crowley was almost human again before Dean stepped in to stopped the trails. Ever since then Crowley has been craving human blood and is going to any lengths to get it.

I think with each of them having their own addictions, it makes it easier for them to understand one another and to understand what they are going through. Sam kicked the demon blood habit and Castiel is now trying to fix the mistakes he has made but leaving the work of God in God's hands. As for Crowley and Dean, do you think they will ever break their addictions? I guess we are going to have to wait and see.
Until next time my friends!

Who is Your Favorite Non-Hunter Character?

When it comes to the hunters, every Supernatural fan knows exactly who their favorite is, but what about the other characters?
When it comes to my favorite non hunter character on the show, I kind of have a hard time picking between two characters on the show. Supernatural usually has a different character in almost every episode or they introduce a new character almost every week. But when it comes to favorites, I have to pick the two that I get excited to see whenever they appear in an episode.
My first favorite would be Kevin Tran. Out of the prophets we have met during the duration of the show, I must say that Kevin is my favorite out of all of them. Kevin took on his role of the prophet even though he was scared and didn't know what he had to do exactly. He wasn't ready for this life but Sam and Dean walked him through it. He played his role in the Supernatural life despite being scared of what might come about. He had dreams for his future and never thought that this would be his life, being a prophet, helping the brothers with Supernatural events and reading the angel and demon tablet for answers. Towards the end, he became family to the brothers and stuck by them even though he knew what the outcome may be, death. But he stayed because he grew attached to the boys too and they were the only family that he had left, something they understood about each other. Kevin was the best and I am sad that he is no longer on the show. Why did Kevin have to die?
My second favorite would be Crowley. Now he isn't my favorite because he is the king of hell, he is my favorite because of his sarcastic remarks and funny comments towards the boys. There is never a dull moment in an episode involving Crowley. There is not one episode that I do not laugh at when Crowley is on a roll with his one liners. Also his manipulative ways always keep everyone on their toes and laughing the whole entire time. Crowley, as much as he won't admit it but he has a connection with the boys.
Although they are constantly trying to destroy each other, they always end up needing each others help. So in a way Crowley is evil with a soft heart at the same time. That could also be the human blood flowing through his veins though. Crowley is one of my favorites because of that. He is evil with a sense of human and sometimes a good heart as well. And just like all the other characters in the show, he is attached to the boys. I guess that is why he gave them nicknames, his way of having some sort of connection with them.
So who is your favorite?
